When we videoconference with Google Meet and with Zoom, we usually write notes, take notes of what is being said, something that the platform does not offer natively.
That does not mean that there are no projects designed to help with the issue, and today we will talk about a very interesting one: Bluu.
What Bluu wants is to avoid that we have to share a screen with a Google Docs, they have created a solution that includes functions in a more friendly way. Bluu joins our meetings as an additional participant, as a meeting attendee helping the team, and as a meeting member he helps:
– Agendas: to keep the meetings down to date with topics and timers. – Notes: to document what is said at the meeting.
It is a collaborative mode, anyone in the meeting can use it.
It is very simple to use, and does not require everyone to use it. The content written there is private and secure, they do not record anything or transform it into text, and it has a Token to ensure that only the users of the meeting can read and write.
It currently works with:

You can try it at getbluu.com. The free version allows 20 meetings per month with a maximum duration of 60 minutes each.
Once installed, you will see a small black window at the top when opening a session. Everything we write on it will appear on the shared screen with the rest of the members, as if it were another member, thus helping to centralize and share the information.
