If you are fans of musicals and Broadway plays in general, take a look at BroadwayHD, a new platform where we can search and reproduce what is presented there.
It is not exactly a Broadway Netflix, since it not only follows the monthly payment model with unlimited content, it has an option that allows us to pay for what we want to see, as if it were a video store. It is also possible to pay a monthly or annual subscription, although at the moment there are only 100 titles in its database.
The idea, as its creators commented to mashable, is to allow the theater to get closer to the Internet, to offer the possibility of seeing both plays and day-to-day situations, of what is behind the scenes, and for this they launch this project that, right now, it's just a snack of what they're preparing.
It is possible to access from outside the United States, browsing the content and paying for it in case we consider it interesting.
At all times it will be possible to see the featured titles, as well as news related to the category. Unfortunately there is still very little content, and you can't find great Broadway classics like Cats or The Phantom of the Pear.
