The Google team is releasing an interesting update for Documents that will make it easier to work on a collaborative project from Android.
Enhance the commenting system to make it easier to brainstorm and give suggestions on documents shared by a team.
Taking into account that the dynamics that users follow on the mobile is not the same as in front of the computer, they have simplified the dynamics so that making comments is easy and fast from the same Google Docs interface.
As you can see in the images above (the changes are seen in the image on the right) not only has the font been modified to make the text easier to read, but also some shortcuts have been added to access the options of the comments.
For example, there is a shortcut to mention a user in the conversation without having to look for the @ on the mobile keyboard. You will also find that it is easier to view the comments as you scroll through the related text. And as a bonus, this new dynamic makes it easy to respond to several comments simultaneously.
They seem like small changes, but it greatly simplifies the process of reviewing comments from the mobile. It will not be necessary to come home or sit in front of the desk to see what the feedback that the rest of the team is leaving is about or leave our own comments on the document.
This new feature will also be implemented in Presentations and Spreadsheet for all users with G Suite accounts. It is possible that this update will reach all users in the future.
