Google was one of the first to launch initiatives for activities at home. Options to learn new topics, discover content, carry out family activities, among many other initiatives.
And of course, a good selection of videos for exercising at home could not be missing. An option that is now added to the dynamics offered by Google Fit.
So if Google Fit is your favorite application to track your physical activity, you will find a plus in its new update, since you will have suggestions for exercises to do at home. You just have to open the app and you will see a new box under STAY FIT #WithMe, as you can see in the image.
You will not find instructions or videos in the application, but it will direct you to playlists on YouTube with videos with exercises taken from different channels, which cover many options. For example, if you want to do a short workout, you can focus on videos ranging from 1 to 10 or 15 minutes with spot exercises.
And if you want to dedicate part of the afternoon to training, you can choose videos that go from 40 minutes to past the hour to have a complete routine. Or you can focus on working a certain part of the body, with videos to reduce the abdomen, tone the buttocks or work the pecs.
And of course, there are also options for those looking for a yoga or Pilates routine. Once you choose the exercises you are going to do, do not forget to register it in your Google Fit account. You can do this in two ways:
- Select + and choose Record training to mark the type of activity you are going to do and activate the timer.
- Or choose Add activity to manually record the name of the physical activity, time spent, date, among other options.
One detail to keep in mind is that this selection may vary depending on the region, so you may not see as many proposals as those shown by Google in the example.
