InMotionFood, new startup of healthy food delivery

When you can't leave the house and we want to stop cooking for a moment, home delivery is the only solution, and that is why it is worth commenting on the new platforms that are born to meet that need.

Today we are presented with InMotionFood, a new project that offers food delivery, rewarding the quality of the products, with culinary techniques that allow them to finish cooking on the way, so that they arrive perfectly at their destination.

Available at they have a wide variety of dishes, from 100% organic meat burgers whose bread is finished making during the trip to salads or legumes.

They work with four restaurants Nugu Burger, DeLaAbuela, Huerta Nuestra and Caprinchos, but at the moment it is only available in Madrid using one of the most popular delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Just Eat, Glovo and Deliveroo).

Enrique Prez-Castro and Jos Luis Domnguez de Posada are the co-founders of the project, and they indicate that some of the variables that are not missing are latex gloves, uniforms and masks.

InMotionFood was born in January 2020, unifying the four restaurants in a single kitchen and betting on ecology in both food and packaging.

The funny thing is that there is no InMotionFood app, nor a centralized letter. We have to access their website and click on the restaurant we want with the app we want, the only thing they do centralize is the process and its techniques.

A good idea, although quite limited in these first steps, both in the geography in which they can offer service and in the technological resources offered.
