Instagram prepares a new page for purchases

Instagram went from being a network of good photographs to being a graphic diary of millions of people around the world, as well as a showcase for many companies and professionals. But he wants more, and he’s betting big on e-commerce.

Now you continue to make it easier for people to shop within your app, and to that end you are beginning to widely deploy a dedicated Store page on the Browse tab, displaying the different brands and items that people can buy.

The Shop page will also provide users with personalized recommendations on things to buy, all of which can be done from within the app.

Use Facebook Pay, which allows people to insert debit or credit cards in the application and save it to share money easily. Facebook Pay is available for both purchases and donations, features that will be seen first in the United States.

In this way, when we see something we want to buy on Instagram, we will only have to click for our card to feel the desire in their meats. We will not have to leave Instagram at any time, but it is important to note that Instagram charges a sales fee for purchases made through its network.

Instagram has slowly added shopping features to its app. Last year, it enabled in-app purchases, and in 2018 began allowing users to tag products in their photos and video content, making them more profitable.
