Microsoft just inadvertently announced Windows 9

Everything points to the official presentation of Windows 9 taking place later this month, and now a blunder by its Chinese branch has confirmed that the new version of the operating system is indeed ready to be announced. On the Weibo social network, the official Microsoft China account has published a message and an image that leave little to the imagination, and together with everything we already know is a confirmation that the new generation of Windows has little left to be born.

Lapsus in social networks

The message consisted of the following question: Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows 9, is coming soon. Do you think the menu started at the bottom left will return?. It seems like a slightly rhetorical question, anyone who has been minimally informed knows the answer. At least we have official confirmation, just as we also know that Windows 9 is coming soon. It is not known if it refers to the previous version expected for developers or to the final version, and since the message has since been deleted it is clear that the person responsible for the account has fallen into the error and is unlikely to release anything else. .

Another important detail in the message is the image used, which could be the first time we see the final logo of Windows 9; It looks like an evolution of the Windows 8 logo with the same colors and typography but using the classic window to create a number 9.
