New Skype for Android: Saving videos and managing conversations easier

Skype for Android has reached its version 6.11, bringing with it, among other things, some characteristic practices for saving and sharing multimedia content directly from chats, and managing conversations in a more intuitive and practical way.

The first possibility has to do with video messages and is that now, after recording or receiving a new one, it will be possible to store it on the phone with just a few taps. The idea is to be able to instantly save the most interesting ephemeral moments in shared video.

As for the messages, now, from the tab that highlights the most recent conversations, it will be easier to manage them just by having to press on a contact or a chat. With this, a floating bar will be immediately displayed that allows you to delete it, mark your messages as read and / or mute your WhatsApp-style notifications.

For its part, the search function has been improved to integrate specific content of the conversations into the results, in addition to contacts and group names.

And, finally, the social part has been enriched to, once again WhatsApp, share photos and other images from the gallery to group chats together with being able to share images of the groups to other groups and contacts; By the way, the same sharing features reach mojis, the animated Skype emoticons that can be sent left and right forwarding from one place to another.
