If you serve clients in various parts of the world, and want a centralized solution to receive payments, take a look at what’s new in PayRequest.
It is a web platform in which we can create a page with a unique link specially designed to receive payments.
When the client accesses the page, they can pay with different systems, from credit and debit cards to PayPal accounts, from anywhere in the world and in any language. It is even possible to send a personalized link so that the amount and the reason for the payment is filled in automatically.
Available on payrequest.io, it is an interesting solution with just one but: they charge a 2% commission for each payment received, and if we add to that the commissions of paypal and other systems, in the end it ends up being more expensive than a bizum or a transfer in the same country.
It is, yes, an excellent way to receive international payments for specific clients, with a series of functions that can evolve a lot:
– It allows us to connect our Stripe or Mollie account, (our own trusted provider). – It will have CNAME compatibility, to use our custom domain. – We can upload our logo. – We can add brand colors. – It is possible to claim our own name or company name.– It is possible to configure dynamic payment links (payrequest.me/name/12.50 – to pay 12.50)
An interesting solution that we will keep under the radar to follow its evolution.
