After leaking some images of Google’s new Nest smart speaker, the company has decided to confirm its existence.
They have sent an official photo of the device to The Verge, a photo that you can see above.
So far they have only made a brief comment on the subject: this is what the Nest team is working on from home.
As you can see, it is a mix between cushion and Google Home, with the possibility of being both vertically and horizontally, as can be seen in this video:
In the image you can see that it is blue cochlor, but in the photos that had already been filtered, more neutral grays appear, so it will surely be in several colors.
Neither prices nor release dates are known yet, but we can see that Google wants to get closer with a new more elegant model from an aesthetic point of view, that can be put in more environments, and looks less like a router and more like a modern speaker. , following the line of the mini models that have recently been presented.
The competition is still fierce. Alexa is the king of houses, with a more pleasant voice and closer responses, although we are only taking the first steps in this sector, there is still a long way to go.
