Google has just made official the new members that will become part of the Pxel family of telephones: Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G and Pxel 5, the latter two with 5G connectivity, and which will arrive in the US markets next fall. USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Japan, Taiwan and Australia.
Meanwhile, the Pixel 4a, which will also arrive in Spain in the coming months at a price of 389 euros (free shipping), becoming the new entry phone for the Pixel family of phones, continues the trend of offering phone features High-end pixel in more affordable models.

In this sense, the new Pxel 4a offers the same features and camera experiences as the Pixel 4 to achieve professional results, in addition to a smart battery that adapts to the use that is given to the phone to save battery, which also it supports fast charging.
It also has the Titan M security chip, has the Personal Safety app to receive help in case of emergency, as well as integrated functions such as the Recorder (to save and share transcripts and recordings) or the Instant Captions (to offer texts in real time on the contents of videos and audios, including video calls), which for now only work in English, in addition to the new Google Assistant in more languages, among others.
As for the hardware specifications, the new Pixel 4a comes only in matte black, with a mint green power button, and it brings a 5.8 ″ OLED FullHD + screen and Gorilla Glass 3 protection, Snapdragon 730G processor, 6 GB of RAM , 128 GB of internal UFS 2.1 storage, 12 MP f / 1.7 rear camera (with both electronic and optical image stabilization), 8 MP front camera integrated via in-screen punching, fingerprint sensor on the rear, plus a 3140mAh battery with 18W fast charging system.
It also has stereo speakers, headphone jack, NFC chip, WiFi ac, Bluetooth 5.1 and LTE connectivity. At the software level it comes with Android 10 along with 3 years of support for security and operating system updates.
Google tells us that in Spain reservations can be made from September 10, and officially be on sale from October 1.
The new Pixel models with 5G are still a mystery
As for the new Pixel 4a 5G, the specifications are still a secret, knowing only that it will cost about $ 500 and that, according to rumors, it will have a second rear camera and a larger screen.
On the Pixel 5, Google has not yet shared the price. In this regard, they point out that they will offer more information about the new 5G Pxels over the next few months.
Here there has been a forced modification of strategy, taking into account that, due to the coronavirus pandemic, some companies have been forced to delay the launch of their new phones.
