If you are thinking of dedicating yourself to teaching online, there are many tools that can help in the process.
Many use Moodle, true, but its evolution is not ideal, it is outdated for many practical uses, and most end up migrating to Google Classrooms and the like.
But there are alternatives, and today we have been presented with one: tryvirtually.com.
With Virtually anyone can create an online school. The idea is to offer a tool with which it is easy to start and scale projects to receive payments, teach live classes and manage students, without the need for a huge digital culture.
The creator is a former Facebook engineer, and before he worked on a similar educational project: creatorschool.io, now they have made Virtually from scratch in a few months, adapting to what the public needs in these moments of quarantine.
To start, they are giving free business access to people who are creating alternatives to college.
Any type of program that provides job training or tutoring at a fraction of the cost of a traditional 4-year school is eligible. Also those who instead of accepting the advance payment, have a Revenue Sharing Agreement (allows you to receive reimbursement in the form of a revenue share of your student’s future salary).
It is completely free for up to ten students. After that, they charge $ 40 per month for up to 100 students. For larger cases you can write to hi@tryvritually.com
